Full Product Detail — Every Layer Explained
Outer Velvet Shell
The entire outer body of the hotpot from the base ring to the lid rim is wrapped in premium soft velvet fabric. The velvet is thick and densely woven which gives it a rich, substantial feel when you hold it and a depth of colour that flat or thin fabrics simply cannot achieve. The velvet does not fade with regular use and does not pill or develop surface fuzz with handling. It stays looking as rich and deep on day three hundred as it did on day one.
Gold Marble Accent Strip
Running around the centre of the velvet body is a hand-applied gold marble accent strip. This is the detail that gives the hotpot its signature Turkish identity. The gold strip is not printed onto the velvet — it is a separate applied element with its own texture and dimension. It catches the light differently from the velvet surrounding it and creates a contrast that makes the entire piece look genuinely crafted rather than manufactured.
Insulation Layer
Between the velvet outer shell and the stainless steel inner bowl there is an air-gap insulation layer. This layer works by trapping the heat inside the hotpot and preventing it from transferring through to the outer velvet surface. The result is that food placed inside stays hot for 2 to 3 hours while the outer velvet remains completely cool and comfortable to touch. There is no electricity, no battery, and no reheating involved. The insulation works passively and continuously from the moment food is placed inside.
Stainless Steel Inner Bowl
The inner bowl is made from food-grade stainless steel. Stainless steel is the correct material for any vessel that holds food because it is completely rust-proof under normal use conditions, does not react with acidic or oily foods, does not absorb odours or flavours between uses, and is straightforward to hand wash clean after every use. The bowl is smooth and polished inside so food does not stick to the surface and every wash leaves it completely clean and ready for the next use.
Transparent Acrylic Lid
The lid is made from transparent acrylic that is clear and smooth from edge to edge. The transparency serves a practical purpose during serving — you and your guests can see exactly what is inside the hotpot without lifting the lid and releasing the heat. During a meal when multiple people are serving themselves, being able to see that there is roti inside without opening it means the lid stays closed more often and the food stays warmer for longer. The lid fits snugly onto the opening of the hotpot creating a good seal that contributes to the heat retention.
Crystal-Style Acrylic Lid Knob
Sitting on top of the lid is a crystal-style acrylic knob. It is smooth, clear, and slightly rounded in a shape that is comfortable to grip with two or three fingers for lifting. The crystal appearance of the knob catches and refracts light in a way that gives it a jewel-like quality at close range. It is a small detail but it is the kind of detail that communicates genuine quality to anyone who looks at it closely.
Gold-Toned Metal Base Ring
The base of the hotpot is a weighted gold-toned metal ring. The weight of the base serves two purposes. First it keeps the hotpot completely stable and still on any flat surface so it never tips, wobbles, or slides during serving. Second the weight contributes to the feeling of solidity and quality when you pick the hotpot up. The gold tone of the base ring is matched carefully to the gold tone of the marble accent strip on the body so the two gold elements coordinate throughout and make the overall design feel complete and intentional from every angle.
What You Can Serve in This Hotpot
Roti, naan, chapati, and paratha — placed inside immediately after the tawa they stay soft, pliable, and warm for the entire meal. Even the last roti eaten is as warm as the first one served.
Curry, salan, nihari, paya, and qorma — the stainless steel bowl holds these dishes safely and the insulation keeps them at a comfortable serving temperature throughout the meal.
Biryani and rice dishes — stay fluffy, separated, and warm without drying out or clumping together during the meal.
Dry fruits, sweets, mithai, and chocolates — when not being used for hot food, the hotpot makes a stunning display piece for serving dry fruits and sweets to guests on a coffee table or dining table.
Please note this hotpot is designed for serving only. It should not be placed directly on a stove, put in an oven, or used in a microwave under any circumstances.
Perfect For Every Occasion
For your own home — place it on your dining table every day and transform the look and feel of every meal your family shares together.
For dawats and gatherings — keep roti and curry warm throughout the entire event without leaving the table to reheat anything. Your guests eat warm food from the first serving to the last.
For weddings and shadi gifts — the hotpot looks gift-ready straight out of the box and is one of the most impressive and genuinely useful gifts a newly married couple can receive for their new home.
For Eid celebrations — a golden or maroon hotpot on the Eid table immediately elevates the entire spread and makes the occasion feel even more special.
For housewarmings — help someone make their new home feel luxurious, welcoming, and beautifully decorated from day one.
For mothers and home makers — a gift that is used and appreciated every single day of the year is the most meaningful kind of gift.
